Through my years I believe the fitness and nutrition industry is constantly evolving and I believe you have to as well as a coach and trainer to help maximize and give your clients the best results possible effectively and efficiently.

I have serviced over 40,000 sessions and obtained certifications through National Academy of Sports Medicine for personal training, corrective exercise, certified nutrition coach and golf fitness specialist. I also am certified through the American Council of Exercise and TRX certified.

In my 40,000 sessions I have done I have yet to have a client send me a workout or perform a workout they have done correctly so therefore I created the first online app with custom videos of me breaking down each movement from a bio mechanical and anatomical standpoint improving muscular imbalances, postural deviations and most importantly to help you prevent joint pain, strengthen connective tissue around the joint and be injury free for a very long time.

The app also has a nutrition part where I customize meal plans based off activity, body type, goals and lifestyle to maximize your hard work and help you get to your physical goal, but also stay mentally sharp and on top of your game as well.

The app not only has videos of proper workouts and how to perform them correctly, but core work and how to warm up ( dynamically ) and do a proper corrective cool down ( static stretching ). I can not tell you how many people I see working extremly hard in the gym, but with awful form therefore hindering their true potential and drastically put their knees, back and rotator cuff in serious jeopardy eventually leading to an injury long term. My reason for creating these workout videos was to help people maximize fat loss, increase lean body mass, strengthen connective tissue around the tendons, ligaments and joints and have a strong functional, but also an aesthetic body as well. Everyone wants to look good, but no one wants to look good in pain.
